Painting Workshops

Elizabeth Baldin Art tutor

I run numerous painting workshops throughout the year at a lovely light, spacious hall in Beech Hill in Berkshire near my home studio. I teach all abilities – those that are already painting and would like to improve their skills and beginners that have just discovered their love of painting. Each workshop covers a specific subject in which I teach various techniques that you can transfer to other subjects in your art practice. You will be learning in a friendly environment in a small group (maximum of 10), so that you receive plenty of attention and learn at you own pace. If you would like to come along to any of them, please email me at art@elizabethbaldin.co.uk.

If you click the box below and become a subscriber (it’s completely free) you will be the first to hear about the courses and receive a discount if you decide you would like join me.

One day workshop at Beech Hill Memorial Hall, Wood Lane, Beech Hill, Berkshire RG7 2BE

If you’ve always struggled with painting flowers or found that you get bogged down in the details, this will be a day to break free of old painting habits and discover a more spontaneous way of working with watercolours. You will need to bring along your watercolour paints and brushes (although I always have plenty of spare materials with me for you to borrow) and I will supply all the watercolour paper that you need for the day.
Teas, coffees, and biscuits will be provided.

Tiger in WatercolourFriday 7th November 2025, 10.00 – 4.00

Ideal for artists seeking to develop confidence, loosen their style, and convey the spirit of this beautiful wild animal. You will need to bring along your watercolour paints and brushes (although I always have plenty of spare materials with me for you to borrow) and I will supply all the watercolour paper that you need for the day.
Teas, coffees, and biscuits will be provided.
