It is an impression of a Spring morning walk I took in the Berkshire countryside near where I live. In spite of the sun being behind clouds, it was still quite a bright day with crisp cold air. This is one of a pair of paintings, both come in a plan black frame and would be perfect together on a dark feature wall of a home.
