Original Painting
This painting is a snapshot of a meadow in spring. It can still be a bit chilly this time of year in England, but lovely when the sun comes out and it makes you think that summer is just around the corner. The light is softer, which I tried to capture with loose, quick brushstrokes. The colours are fresh greens with hints of pale yellow and dove grey with hints of peach in the clouds and foreground .
This painting is framed in a chunky contemporary white frame.
