DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSorry this workshop has sold out but please get in touch if you would like to go on the waiting list because I will repeat it at a later date as it’s been so popular. \n\n\n\nLet go of the detail and discover a looser\, more expressive way of painting the landscape. \n\n\n\nThis one-day workshop is designed for anyone who enjoys watercolour but would like to move away from detailed\, traditional landscape painting and develop a looser\, more contemporary and semi-abstract style. \n\n\n\nUsing the landscape as inspiration\, we’ll explore how to simplify what we see and use colour\, shape\, tone\, texture and expressive brushwork to create a painting that suggests a place without trying to capture every detail. \n\n\n\nSuitable for: Artists with some previous watercolour experience. This workshop is not intended for complete beginners. \n\n\n\n£88 per person (including watercolour paper) or £75 to my subscribers.  \n\n\n\nThe venue is Beech Hill Memorial Hall\, Wood Lane\, Beech Hill\, RG7 2BE near Reading.Teas and coffees will be provided.
